Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer assistance and greeting services to all visitors during night hours.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the service area to ensure a pleasant environment.
- Handle visitor inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor site activity to ensure safety and operational standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and service continuity.
- Report any incidents or maintenance issues to the management promptly.
- Assist in administrative tasks or documentation as required during the night shift.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-of-house roles is highly preferred.
- Comfortable and reliable working permanent night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a tranquil environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work week schedule.
- Basic proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
