Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate machinery to ensure smooth production flow during the night shift.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor repairs when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with OSH regulations.
- Document daily production logs and report any operational discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in technical work are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a rotating or permanent night shift environment.
- Strong physical stamina to handle manual tasks and equipment operations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of industrial hand tools and safety practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges under minimal supervision.
