We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Warehouse Admin (Outbound) to join the night shift team in the East Region. This is a critical role tasked with ensuring the seamless flow of outbound goods from the warehouse to customers and partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing shipping documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and maintaining high accuracy in inventory records. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily outbound operations including picking, packing, and loading of shipments.
- Generate and verify shipping documentation (packing lists, invoices, bills of lading).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Resolve any discrepancies or operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare performance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with the day shift team to ensure smooth handover of operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and WMS software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in outbound logistics is highly advantageous.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks if required.
