PT Meksiko Waktu Bagus is looking for a vibrant and professional Nightclub Hostess to join our team in the heart of Kuta Selatan, Bali. This is a unique opportunity to work at one of the city's most prestigious nightlife venues, where you will interface with high-profile guests, international DJs, and a high-energy team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable atmosphere. We are seeking someone who embodies charisma, elegance, and professionalism, capable of ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through our doors until the music stops.
Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and energetic attitude upon arrival.
- Manage guest lists, reservations, and VIP table bookings to ensure a seamless flow of service.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality while assisting guests with their needs throughout the night.
- Collaborate closely with the DJ and service staff to maintain the venue's premium atmosphere.
- Proactively address and resolve guest inquiries or minor issues to ensure total satisfaction.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all patrons.
- Participate in team briefings to stay informed about events, promotions, and special VIP guests.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a nightclub, luxury hotel, or upscale restaurant environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards suitable for an upscale nightlife venue.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kuta Selatan, Bali.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
