Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless nightly service.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule floor staff, bartenders, and security personnel.
- Drive venue profitability through strategic inventory management, cost control, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and liquor licensing laws.
- Design and implement engaging event concepts to increase foot traffic and guest retention.
- Monitor venue atmosphere, music quality, and lighting to maintain brand standards.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally to ensure a positive brand image.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in high-volume nightclubs, bars, or hospitality venues.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and revenue forecasting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Advanced knowledge of beverage programs and VIP guest services.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills.
