As the Nightlife Manager, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations, from creative menu development and staff management to P&L accountability. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and inspire the service team to deliver exceptional, high-touch guest experiences.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, maximize margins, and increase bar volume.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Curate innovative drink menus and promotions that align with current industry trends.
- Manage inventory levels, supplier relationships, and cost of goods sold (COGS) to optimize profitability.
- Plan and execute high-profile events and marketing activations to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to keep Jungle Ballroom at the forefront of the nightlife scene.
Kualifikasi
- At least 5 years of experience in high-volume nightlife, club, or upscale bar management.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a hospitality setting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and mentor diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international spirits, cocktail trends, and nightlife operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a premium clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
