Tanggung Jawab
- Collect parcels from designated pickup points and sort them according to the delivery route.
- Drive the delivery vehicle to customer locations in Seri Menanti and surrounding areas.
- Ensure accurate proof of delivery (POD) is obtained for every shipment.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and fuel efficiency of the delivery vehicle.
- Update real-time tracking information within the Ninja Van system.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian Driving License (Class 3) is mandatory.
- Own vehicle (car or motorbike) is preferred, though access to a vehicle may be considered.
- Physically fit and able to carry packages of varying weights.
- Prior experience in delivery or logistics is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
