In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our parcels reach their destination safely and on time. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our brand. Your daily tasks will involve navigating efficiently through traffic, handling packages with care, and communicating effectively with both dispatchers and customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Pick up and deliver parcels safely and efficiently to designated locations within the Subang area.
- Ensure that all delivery paperwork is completed accurately, including proof of delivery (POD).
- Interact professionally with customers, answering inquiries and resolving any delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Manage cash or card payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders as required.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure zero accidents.
- Update the delivery tracking system in real-time to provide customers with accurate status updates.
Kualifikasi
- A valid Malaysian driving license (Category B).
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting packages weighing up to 20kg.
- Own transport (motorcycle/car) is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones for navigation and order tracking apps.
