Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers within designated routes in Bintulu and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all packages
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage vehicle maintenance and ensure cleanliness of delivery van at all times
- Follow established delivery schedules and optimize routes for maximum efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery processes
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics preferred
- Strong knowledge of Bintulu and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to handle packages of various sizes
