Tanggung Jawab
- Provide detailed technical demonstrations of Nissan vehicle features and specifications
- Answer customer inquiries on vehicle technology, performance, and maintenance
- Support sales team with accurate technical information during client interactions
- Maintain showroom technical resources and product documentation
- Coordinate with service centers for complex technical resolutions
- Stay updated on latest Nissan product training and technological advancements
- Assist in preparing technical materials for sales campaigns and events
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with technical aptitude
- Prior experience in automotive technical support or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and digital interfaces
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with digital presentation tools and documentation systems
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
