Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding Shaw services
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates from any 4-year course are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional customer service
- No prior BPO or call center experience required (training will be provided)
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules if required
