Thatz International is seeking a proactive NOC Engineer to join our high-performing team in the East Region. In this role, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our critical network infrastructure.
As a NOC Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, handling real-time monitoring and incident resolution. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in technical problem-solving and are comfortable working in a structured 12-hour rotating shift pattern. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network performance and infrastructure health using enterprise-grade diagnostic tools.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage and adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all reported issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance and firmware updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of incident logs, resolution steps, and change requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Suggest improvements to current monitoring processes and network architecture to enhance reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and routing/switching concepts.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Ability to commit to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
