We're seeking a vigilant professional to monitor, maintain, and optimize our 24/7 network operations center. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure using advanced monitoring tools
- Proactively identify and resolve network outages, security threats, and performance bottlenecks
- Execute incident management procedures including root cause analysis and documentation
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following ITIL best practices
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Generate and analyze performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency support during off-hours
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 1-3 years of experience in network operations, system administration, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and network protocols
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- CCNA or equivalent network certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a 24/7 environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
