Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure 24/7 to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for network operations and incident response
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across LAN/WAN, servers, and applications
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows with minimal service disruption
- Generate and analyze performance reports to identify optimization opportunities
- Document network configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated technical challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 1-3 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and infrastructure components
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) and ticketing systems
- Linux/Windows system administration experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts and under pressure
