Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain network operations center (NOC) systems to ensure 99.9% system uptime and availability.
- Analyze network traffic, logs, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, anomalies, or security threats.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the organization's network infrastructure.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior engineering teams and management with detailed documentation.
- Document network configurations, incident reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with system administrators and security teams to implement network improvements and patches.
- Perform routine health checks, backups, and system updates on servers and network devices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or Network Engineering role.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Nagios.
- Proficiency in Linux administration and command-line interfaces (Bash/Shell scripting is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- CCNA, Network+, or equivalent networking certifications are highly preferred.
