Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network traffic and system performance in real-time to ensure maximum uptime and availability.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, hardware malfunctions, and software conflicts.
- Respond to system alerts and incidents immediately, following standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Document all network changes, incidents, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Participate in regular system backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or holding a Bachelor’s degree with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and command-line interfaces.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to diagnosing technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
