Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network systems, servers, and applications to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues before they escalate
- Respond to and resolve network alerts, outages, and security incidents in a timely manner
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches on network infrastructure components
- Document network configurations, incidents, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions
- Analyze network traffic patterns to identify optimization opportunities and security threats
- Participate in the planning and implementation of network improvements and upgrades
- Provide regular reports on network performance, uptime, and incident resolution metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar IT operations role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, systems, and infrastructure components
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
