KMC Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and proactive NOC Systems Engineer to join our growing Network Operations Center in Taguig City. Your primary mission is to coordinate Tier 1 onsite systems support, addressing issues and ensuring system availability and reliability across our diverse client base.
In this critical role, you will leverage advanced monitoring tools to maintain the health of complex network and server infrastructures. Acting as the immediate escalation point for technical incidents, you will perform initial diagnostics, root cause analysis, and execute runbooks to restore services efficiently. Your strong technical acumen in networking and systems administration will be vital every day. You will also collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and knowledge base.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively monitor network, server, and application performance to ensure maximum uptime and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate and execute Tier 1 onsite systems support, triaging and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage incidents through the full lifecycle using the IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system.
- Conduct regular system health checks, patch management, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement changes and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Participate in disaster recovery testing and business continuity initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a NOC Engineering, Systems Administration, or Tier 2 Support role.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and the OSI model.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Datadog).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule covering 24/7 operations, including weekends and holidays.
