Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network infrastructure and application performance across global systems 24/7
- Respond to and resolve system incidents with SLA adherence
- Proactively identify potential risks through pattern analysis and performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and operational procedures
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and health checks
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed context
- Support system migrations and capacity planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in NOC, IT operations, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Linux/Windows server administration experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
