Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for non-catalog items, from request initiation to purchase order completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and competitive pricing
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve optimal cost efficiency and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement improvement plans when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and analysis on procurement activities, savings, and cost trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or any relevant field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare suppliers and evaluate cost-benefit propositions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management principles is a plus
