Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories is seeking a highly skilled Non-Cosmetic Formulation Supervisor to join our R&D team in Bogor. In this role, you will lead the formulation process for a variety of non-cosmetic products, ensuring that our outputs meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.
As a key member of our laboratory operations, you will oversee the development lifecycle—from conceptualization and bench-top trials to pilot-scale production. You will supervise a team of researchers, ensuring optimal laboratory performance and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the formulation process for non-cosmetic product lines, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Conduct bench-top experiments and pilot-scale trials for new formulations and product improvements.
- Manage laboratory workflows and ensure that all staff adhere to strict quality control and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs department to ensure all formulations comply with local and international health regulations.
- Perform comprehensive stability testing and interpret data to optimize product shelf-life and efficacy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior laboratory technicians and formulation scientists.
- Maintain precise documentation of all R&D processes, trial results, and inventory of raw materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve formulation challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product formulation, preferably within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and relevant Indonesian BPOM regulations.
- Strong technical expertise in chemical analysis, rheology, and ingredient compatibility.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage laboratory teams and project schedules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
