- Develop and implement comprehensive non-technical training curricula for the dealer network.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Coordinate with regional managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for service staff and management.
- Update training materials and resources based on new product releases or process improvements.
- Manage training schedules and logistics to minimize downtime for dealer operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in training coordination, supervision, or instructional design.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a similar B2B service environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel to dealer locations within Metro Manila and nearby regions.
