We are currently seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Account Specialist to support our Search Engine Campaign division. This role is based in Taguig City and offers a unique opportunity to work with reputable clients in a non-voice capacity, utilizing email, chat, and ticket systems.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving client success by managing and optimizing search engine campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed keyword analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing insightful reports, and executing A/B tests to maximize ROI. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and addressing their queries promptly through written communication. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize search engine marketing campaigns for multiple clients through non-voice channels.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to improve campaign performance and ad targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, quality score) to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Execute A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide strategic recommendations via email or chat in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in SEM, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in search engine marketing, digital advertising, or account management.
- Proficiency with Google Ads and other SEM platforms; Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
