  • Deliver exceptional customer support through non-voice chat channels (text-based platforms)
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product/service information
  • Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining detailed case notes
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer escalations
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for chat interactions
  • Continuously update product knowledge and service protocols
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in chat support
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Must be willing to work on flexible schedules including weekends
