Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support through non-voice chat channels (text-based platforms)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product/service information
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining detailed case notes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer escalations
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for chat interactions
- Continuously update product knowledge and service protocols
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in chat support
- Exceptional written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital environment
- Must be willing to work on flexible schedules including weekends
