Tanggung Jawab
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or policy violations to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while processing daily queues of content.
- Adhere to established workflow processes and data privacy protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve moderation strategies and keep up-to-date with evolving platform policies.
- Provide detailed reports on content trends and patterns observed during moderation tasks.
- Maintain professional conduct and a focus on operational excellence in a high-volume environment.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates and those with no BPO experience; we provide full training!
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify subtle policy violations.
- Comfortable viewing various types of digital content in a professional capacity.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms efficiently.
- Must be able to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
