Are you passionate about the gaming industry? Ga Studio Inc is seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Customer Service Representative (CS/CM) to join our growing team for a popular Social Casino project. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our players, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience while playing our casual games.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent written communication skills and a genuine interest in social gaming. Your primary focus will be handling inquiries, resolving technical issues, and moderating player interactions to maintain a positive community environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to player queries and concerns via chat and email in a professional and friendly tone.
- Assist players with game mechanics, troubleshooting, and in-game purchases.
- Moderate player-generated content and chat logs to enforce community guidelines.
- Document player issues and escalate complex cases to the Game Operations team.
- Identify potential bugs or glitches reported by players and provide detailed feedback.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding game updates and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 30-40 wpm.
- Experience in the gaming industry or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong patience, problem-solving skills, and a passion for social casino games.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
