- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media channels efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal database.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and security protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.
Kualifikasi
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in navigating computer applications and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a performance-driven team environment.
- Previous experience in a non-voice BPO role is a plus, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
