- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
