Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion for e-commerce? M-Commerce Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will be the face of our brand within the TikTok Shop ecosystem, ensuring that our customers receive timely, accurate, and helpful support.
As a Non-Voice CSR, you will focus on text-based communication, managing inquiries, and resolving issues to maintain high shop ratings and customer satisfaction. If you are organized, a fast learner, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor inquiries via the TikTok Shop seller center dashboard.
- Provide prompt and professional written responses to customer queries regarding orders, products, and shipping.
- Resolve customer complaints or order issues while maintaining brand voice and standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to track order statuses.
- Maintain high performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document recurring issues and provide feedback to the management team to improve overall shop operations.
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop policies, promotional campaigns, and platform feature updates.
Kualifikasi
- Senior High School graduate or College level/degree holder.
- At least 1 year of experience in a non-voice customer service or e-commerce support role is preferred.
- Exceptional written English communication skills with impeccable grammar and tone.
- Highly proficient in navigating e-commerce platforms and social media apps.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries during peak hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Amenable to working on-site in Bonifacio Global City.
