Tanggung Jawab
- Handle non-voice customer inquiries related to utility services efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer issues and queries by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to company scripts, quality standards, and compliance policies during operations.
- Provide exceptional service to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or Fresh Graduate.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (proficiency in local languages is a plus).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 30-40 WPM).
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a morning shift schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to undergo training and background checks.
