Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email channels with accuracy and professionalism
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner while maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Document all customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to provide comprehensive support
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic communication style with all customers

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in typing with minimum 30 WPM accuracy
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable computer with stable internet connection for remote work
  • Willingness to work on flexible schedules if needed
