Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email channels with accuracy and professionalism
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Document all customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide comprehensive support
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
- Maintain a positive and empathetic communication style with all customers
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Proficient in typing with minimum 30 WPM accuracy
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable computer with stable internet connection for remote work
- Willingness to work on flexible schedules if needed
