Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support through email, live chat, and social media channels.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Research and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all written communications.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Resolution Time.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and client guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School Graduate (SHS) or College Graduate (any field).
- Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple applications simultaneously.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
- Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus but not required (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with web-based applications.
