Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently via email or phone (blended environment).
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's request and providing accurate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and rapport with every interaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Process orders, manage data entry tasks, and perform back-office support as required.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or vocational certificate is required.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40 WPM).
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required.
  • Willingness to be trained and learn new systems quickly.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
