Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently via email or phone (blended environment).
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's request and providing accurate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and rapport with every interaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process orders, manage data entry tasks, and perform back-office support as required.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate is required.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40 WPM).
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Willingness to be trained and learn new systems quickly.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
