STACKph is seeking passionate and driven individuals for a Pioneer Non-Voice and Voice Customer Service Representative (CSR) Account in Taguig City. Your Role

As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for the client's customers. You will handle a variety of inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every interaction leaves the customer satisfied and loyal to the brand.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through voice and non-voice channels (phone, email, and chat).
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, accurately, and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the client's products, services, and company policies.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Adapt quickly to client processes and workflows as a foundational member of the pioneer team.
  • Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and First Contact Resolution (FCR).

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate (College undergraduate / Associate / Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience handling voice or non-voice accounts.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in computer navigation, typing, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig City (shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • High level of adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced pioneer environment.
