In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming customer communications via phone, email, and live chat. You will be expected to diagnose issues, provide accurate information, and process requests with a high level of accuracy.   • Provide top-tier customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels including voice, email, and chat.

Kualifikasi

  • Native Norwegian speaker with excellent proficiency in English (Business level).
  • Previous experience in a BPO, Call Center, or Customer Service environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
