You will take charge of New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to sample creation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process for cosmetic and food OEM products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and prompt communication.
- Coordinate closely with internal R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to prepare and deliver accurate product samples.
- Oversee order execution, tracking progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, product formulations, and project timelines.
- Monitor industry trends to provide insights and suggestions for new product innovations to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or New Product Development, preferably within the cosmetic, food, or nutraceutical OEM industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
