Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end NPD process, from conceptualization and lab-scale development to commercial production.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Control, Production, and Marketing to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and shelf-life testing for new product prototypes.
- Analyze existing product performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO) and regulatory requirements (BPOM/Halal).
- Manage raw material procurement for trial batches and evaluate new ingredient sources.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NPD within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in canning or processed food.
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, food chemistry, and ingredient functionality.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local food regulations (BPOM, LPPOM MUI/Halal).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
