They are seeking an experienced NPD Quality Director/Senior Manager to join their dynamic team in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building scalable quality systems and driving complex new product launches in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will lead a team of quality professionals, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing, and ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in semiconductor equipment quality management who is ready to make a significant impact.
As the NPD Quality Director/Senior Manager, you will develop and implement robust quality strategies, establish procedures for new product development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with global teams to align quality objectives with business goals, ensuring that all products comply with industry standards and customer requirements. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of quality excellence throughout the organisation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the quality strategy for new product development (NPD) to ensure product excellence and reliability.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers and managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Establish and maintain robust quality management systems (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Drive the implementation of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and control plans for complex new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing) to integrate quality into the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits, and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., yield, defect rates) and report to senior management on performance and improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary quality interface for customers during new product introductions, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of quality management experience in the semiconductor equipment or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing NPD quality teams and projects.
- Deep knowledge of quality methodologies including Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and SPC.
- Proven track record of leading successful new product launches and building scalable quality systems.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment processes and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
