Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute new product development (NPD) projects from conceptualization to full-scale production.
- Conduct rigorous technical analysis and material testing to validate product performance and reliability.
- Utilize data analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize development processes and improve product yields.
- Manage project timelines, cross-functional stakeholders, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with global research and development teams to foster innovation and technological synergy.
- Document technical specifications, test reports, and development progress for management review.
- Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and implement data-backed engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product development or process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and fundamental knowledge of AI/machine learning applications in engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a 'hands-on' approach to laboratory and floor-based testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical data.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment at our Gul Circle facility.
