Voion Kane Printing Eco Packing(Philippines)Inc. is seeking a dynamic NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to join our team in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between design and mass production, ensuring that our sustainable packaging solutions are brought to market efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
As an NPI Engineer, you will lead the transition of new products from concept through to full-scale production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, supply chain, and quality assurance, to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize manufacturing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end NPI process, ensuring seamless product transition from design to full-scale manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, process flowcharts, and FMEA reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues during prototyping and pilot production runs.
- Perform process validation and design verification to ensure all products meet performance and safety specifications.
- Optimize production lines to improve efficiency, reduce scrap rates, and lower overall manufacturing costs.
- Conduct equipment setup and process troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure production schedules are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and sustainability outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an NPI, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering role, preferably in printing or packaging.
- Proven expertise in project management and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, material science, and quality control systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and present data effectively.
