Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept to mass production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement production processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product designs
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality
- Troubleshoot technical issues during product development and production ramp-up
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Continuously improve NPI methodologies and contribute to innovation in product development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in New Product Introduction or manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes
- Experience with CAD software and engineering design tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with industry standards and quality management systems
