- Manage end-to-end NPI pipeline from concept through mass production
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality)
- Develop and maintain project timelines with milestone tracking
- Conduct design reviews and manufacturing readiness assessments
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for new product launches
- Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IATF)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in NPI, product development, or manufacturing engineering
- Strong project management skills with cross-functional experience
- Expertise in APQP/PPAP processes and quality standards
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
