In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to rigorously assess the robustness of transferring processes and analytical methods. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, bridging the gap between development and mass production.
As an NPI Engineer, you will lead technical evaluations, manage project timelines, and ensure quality standards are met during the transition phase. You will be instrumental in identifying process gaps, validating analytical data, and ensuring that all technical deliverables meet the stringent requirements of our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to define NPI requirements and transfer strategies.
- Assess the robustness of existing processes and analytical methods to ensure seamless integration into production lines.
- Lead the execution of NPI projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Validate analytical data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of process transfers and project status reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in NPI, Process Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
