Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the New Product Introduction process from concept to mass production for consumer electronics products
- Develop and implement robust NPI processes and documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Identify and resolve technical issues during product development and ramp-up phases
- Manage product validation and verification activities to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor and improve NPI metrics including time-to-market and first-pass yield
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in electronics manufacturing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NPI or product engineering in consumer electronics
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes
- Experience with PCB design, component selection, and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
