In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) operations, driving cost efficiency and shaping sourcing strategies within a fast-growing environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end NPI lifecycle, from concept and design validation to mass production launch.
- Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) analyses to optimize production efficiency.
- Develop and execute comprehensive DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and risk assessment plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, and quality assurance, to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor product performance metrics during pilot runs and mass production to ensure yield targets are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance product quality.
- Manage component sourcing strategies and vendor relationships to support rapid prototyping.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of NPI methodologies, including EVT, DVT, and PVT phases.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools such as Altium Designer, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with IPC standards and quality control processes is highly desirable.
