Join People Profilers as an NPI Engineer/Senior Engineer and spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) for AI solutions from ideation to launch
- Architect scalable AI systems and optimize machine learning models for production deployment
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Define product requirements, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
- Oversee integration of AI components into existing infrastructure and new products
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for technical initiatives
- Drive innovation by researching emerging AI technologies and industry best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in NPI engineering or technical product development
- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong background in software engineering, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with full product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Strong leadership capabilities with cross-functional team collaboration experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders
