Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end NPI lifecycle management from design validation to mass production ramp-up
- Manage and develop engineering teams through mentorship, performance evaluation, and skill development
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments
- Optimize engineering processes to reduce production costs while maintaining quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product development methodologies and tooling
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
- Develop and maintain project timelines, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in engineering management with 3+ years in NPI leadership
- Proven track record of managing complex product development projects in electronics manufacturing
- Strong expertise in DFMA, DFM, and product validation methodologies
- Experience with ISO 9001/14001 quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles
- Exceptional project management skills with experience in ERP/MES systems implementation
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with Six Sigma/Black Belt certification preferred
