- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to commercialization
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance
- Ensure timely product launches while meeting quality and cost targets
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budget for NPI initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for component sourcing and qualification
- Monitor and report on NPI project progress to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI or product development
- Strong project management skills with proven track record of successful product launches
- Experience with manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
