Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the transition of new products from the development phase to full-scale production.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and design teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles are implemented.
- Define and document manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Perform equipment installation, qualification, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new production lines.
- Analyze production yields and quality metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects.
- Manage pilot production runs and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support cross-functional teams in identifying cost-reduction opportunities and lead-time optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in NPI or Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in a high-tech or precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of DFM/DFA methodology and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and drive root cause analysis (RCA).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between engineering and floor staff.
- Ability to work in the West Region of Singapore.
