You will manage the complex transition of new products, ensuring that materials, timelines, and resources are perfectly aligned to meet our high quality and delivery standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning and scheduling of New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure seamless transitions from R&D to mass production.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and production, to manage material availability.
- Develop and maintain production schedules for pilot builds, ensuring milestones are achieved on time.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for new materials, minimizing excess or obsolete stock during the ramp-up phase.
- Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks, providing solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and present status reports on NPI progress, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies to management.
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system to ensure procurement and production teams are aligned with real-time requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or NPI within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-evolving technical environment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
